Requirements: -MINIMUM 7 YEARS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN THE FIELD OF HUMAN RESOURCES.
-RETAIL AND MANUFACTURING BACKGROUND IS PREFERRED.
-RESPONSIBILITES INCLUDE;
-ALL LEVELS OF RECRUITMENT
-EMPLOYEE BENEFIT ADMINISTRATION
-HRIS CERIDIAN KNOWLEDGE
-PAYROLL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED
-PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
-ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS/EMPLOYMENT LAW
-TEAM PLAYER WITH THE ABILITY TO WORK WITH ALL LEVELS OF MANAGEMENT
-DETAIL ORIENTED AND HIGHLY ORGANIZED
-STRONG INTERPERSONAL AND COMMUNICATION SKILLS
-KNOWLEDGE OF MS WORD AND EXCEL
